About stock and items made to order
When browsing our shop and adding items to your cart, you might notice that some are indicated as "in stock" while some others are "made to order".
Whenever you place an order that includes one or more items "made to order", it means that those items are not readily available and must be crafted.
When this happens, the whole order will be delayed, and everything will ship at once.
Depending on the item to be crafted, the extra delay can vary from a week up to a month.
Shipping
Relics-of-Reveries is a single person shop, and I am consequently operating everything by myself : handcrafting items you will love, listing them, communicating, tracking orders and invoices, and also preparing and shipping orders.
While I will do my best to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible, it might take a day or two before your parcel leaves my workshop.
If something unexpected happens that would delay shipping your order, I will do my best to inform you in due time.

During the checkout process, you can pick a carrier.
The list of available carriers and their delivery methods may vary depending on the country of your shipping address.

Customs fees
Depending on your country and the value of your order, there might be customs fees to pay upon reception.
These customs fees are yours to pay.
Relics-of-Reveries cannot be held responsible for any tax or fee occurring after a parcel has been entrusted to the carrier.
For more details about customs fees, ask the customs of the country of delivery.
Your order arrived damaged
All items are carefully packed, and well protected.
Depending on the delivery carrier, you might want to refuse a parcel that looks damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me, and I will do my best to find a solution.
Order modification or cancellation
If you have a change of heart regarding an order that you just placed, contact me.
As long as your parcel has not been handed to the carrier, we can find a solution.
However, once a parcel is on its way, no further modification can be done.
